I’m Michele
I am an Accredited Practising dietitian and expert in nutrition for digestive disorders and women’s health. I am based in Perth, Australia and I love working with my wonderful clients either face to face or through telehealth consultations. My mission is to help clients achieve their health goals by supporting them to take action that will positively transform their life.
Make food fun, eat what you enjoy and nourish your body with confidence
I believe in sustainable solutions and a non-diet approach that prioritizes how food makes you feel. My practice is non-judgmental and individualized, focusing on avoiding restrictive eating.
After seeing family and friends struggle with IBS symptoms that could have been controlled through diet and lifestyle, I decided to study nutrition and have specialised in IBS and digestive health. I firmly believe that you don’t have to simply endure the symptoms of IBS – you can take back control and thrive.
I’ve seen firsthand the frustration of women who have been told there’s nothing they can do to alleviate their symptoms. But I’m here to tell you that there is hope. Through the power of tailored dietary and lifestyle interventions, we can work together to find solutions that address your unique struggles and improve your quality of life. I believe food should be enjoyable and you should not be restricting yourself. I work with you to adapt your current diet so you can continue to eat the food you enjoy!
I have also seen the profound impact that nutrition and lifestyle choices can have on our health, especially during the critical first 1000 days – from conception through early childhood. By optimising nutrition during this crucial period, we are not only supporting our own health but also laying the foundation for the health and well-being of future generations to come. I am passionate about empowering women throughout their unique reproductive journeys, recognising that each woman’s experience is distinct and significant.
